Club Astraware Terms and Conditions

The Club Astraware program ("Program") membership and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Astraware Limited (Astraware).

The rights and obligations of Astraware under the Program may be assigned or transferred by Astraware to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performance thereafter shall be the responsibility of that entity.

Membership Eligibility and Fee

Membership in the Program is available to individuals (you) as stated in these Program Terms and Conditions. You may maintain only one account. Companies and/or other entities cannot enroll. There is no enrollment fee for this Program.

Program Availability

Astraware reserves the right to restrict, suspend, discontinue or cancel this Program upon 90 days' notice by email to all active members. In that event, your right to receive Club Astraware points may end 90 days after we notify you and your right to redeem Club Astraware points may end 180 days after we notify you, no matter what the level of your participation in the Program. Club Astraware points for all members not presented for redemption on or before such redemption end date cannot be redeemed.

Membership Cancellation

Astraware reserves the right to cancel any Club Astraware membership and revoke any and all unredeemed Club Astraware points collected by any member for reasons that include, but are not limited to: 1) violation of these Terms and Conditions; 2) misrepresentation of any information or any misuse of this Program; 3) violation of any national, state or local law or regulation in connection with the use of membership privileges; 4) a payment for goods that is returned for insufficient funds or is invalid for any reason; 6) commission of fraud or abuse involving any portion of this Program; 7) more than one active account per member; or 8) action, in any other way, to the detriment of the Program or any of its alliances; all as may be determined by Astraware at its sole discretion.

Changes in Terms and Conditions

Astraware reserves the right to change, limit, modify or cancel Program Terms and Conditions (including the number of Club Astraware points issued for a Qualifying Purchase), regulations, benefits, conditions of participation, rewards and reward levels in whole or part at any time, even though changes may affect the value of points or rewards already accumulated. You will be bound by any such changes.

Notice of Changes

Any such changes will be shown in these Terms and Conditions on the www.astraware.com web site and will be effective immediately unless stated otherwise. A notice that a change has been made will be placed on the web site for a reasonable period of time. Any changes to any printed version of the Terms and Conditions will be contained in the next reprinting of that printed version. Astraware will attempt to notify active members of major Program changes, but will not be liable for failure to do so, and all members will nevertheless be bound.

Legal rights

Neither the Program nor any benefit offered by the Program creates, constitutes or gives rise to any legal or contractual rights by members against Astraware.

Data Privacy

Under the data protection legislation of various countries, we are required to particularly draw your attention to the fact that by applying for membership or by continuing to exercise the privileges of membership and in order to make it possible for Astraware to perform its obligations under the Program, you accept and explicitly authorize that your personal information which is supplied by you in the enrollment form or during the course of your Program membership (i) shall be processed by Astraware, in its capacity of data controller, (ii) may be transferred worldwide to any third parties where required by applicable law or in the event of a company reorganization, merger or acquisition, for use of such information for its (their) administration of membership records.

Right of Access to Data

You have a right of access to your data by sending a written request to Astraware.

Restricted by Law

This Program or participation therein is not valid and/or the awarding of Club Astraware points is void where prohibited or restricted by law in the country of the member's domicile.

Program Violations

Program violations, fraud or abuse in relation to point usage is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action by appropriate governmental authorities and by Astraware, including, without limitation, the forfeiture of all point transfers, rewards, vouchers, or merchandise issued pursuant to point redemptions and any accrued points or miles in your account, as well as cancellation of the account and your future participation in the Program.

Program Interpretation. Interpretations of Program Terms & Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Astraware. Astraware reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions or any rules related to the Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

By submitting a post from your blog you understand and agree that we may use a quote from that post on the Astraware website.

Posts containing constructive criticism are welcomed!

Blogs and posts containing illegal material or content not appropriate to a wider family audience will not be approved, in particular any that are abusive or include excessive profanity.

By submitting a blog post you warrant that the writing is your own work and not copied from any third party.

Points Scheme

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the collection and use of Club Astraware Points, rewards and any offers associated with the Club Astraware Points Scheme.
The Terms set out the terms of the contract between Astraware Limited ("Astraware", "We" or "Us") and you, the Club Astraware Member.
The Club Astraware Points Scheme is open to anyone aged 18 years or above.
Club Astraware Points are available on qualifying purchases made on software purchased at www.astraware.com. Qualifying purchases are products purchased at www.astraware.com.
The Club Astraware member must be logged in at the time of purchase in order to receive the relevant points.
Club Astraware Points will be awarded for every complete $0.01 you spend, by any payment method, on all qualifying purchases. Astraware Limited reserves the right to amend this structure as and when it deems necessary.
Club Astraware Points can only be used as part or full payment on purchases from www.astraware.com. The redemption value of your points will be shown by logging into your Club Astraware Member Account and during the checkout process. Please check whether Club Astraware Points are available or rewards may be used before making your purchase.
In the event of a refund of goods purchased from www.astraware.com, where the original purchase attracted Club Astraware Points, all such Club Astraware Points will be deducted.
The Club Astraware Points have no retail value and are not valid for cash redemption.
Points cannot be transferred from one Club Astraware Member to another.
Points shall become invalid when the Club Astraware Membership is closed and may not be subsequently redeemed.
Astraware Limited reserves the right to amend or terminate the Club Astraware Points Scheme, or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion any time, with or without notice.
You are responsible for notifying us if your details change. Astraware Limited is not responsible for delayed or undeliverable email.
Any and all Club Astraware Points that have not been issued or used as and when the scheme terminates shall become void.
These Terms are subject to English Law. In the event of a breach by us of these Terms, our sole liability shall be to credit you with Club Astraware Points in the event that such points were incorrectly deducted or should have been credited but were not.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communication, including advertising, marketing or promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.
