Support: What is my HotSync ID?

Your HotSync ID appears in the top-right of the screen on your handheld when you do a HotSync to our PC or Mac, as shown in the picture to the right. This Palm V's HotSync ID is 'David Oakley'.

If your HotSync ID contains accented or non-Latin characters (such as Japanese or Chinese) then our registration system won't cope. If so, then you need to find out your Astra ID. Go into the game you want to register, bring up the Options menu, click "Register..." and then click OK without typing anything. The form that is displayed should show your Astra ID. Zap!2000 doesn't have a "Register..." menu item, so click on "How to register..." and then click "Show my ID".
