Ready to rustle up some words?

THE MIDLANDS, ENGLAND – May 18th, 2005 – Astraware and GameHouse, the team that brought you the highly-acclaimed Text Twist, are pleased to announce a brand new word game for handheld devices running Palm OS® and Windows Mobile™ for Pocket PC. Super Wild Wild Words is a Western-themed combination of word search and hangman, based on the popular PC and online game from GameHouse. Super Wild Wild Words is released on May 18th.

Super Wild Wild Words has two modes of play: Normal mode where players race against the clock to make as many words as possible before the board fills up, and Bonus mode where extra letters fall onto the play board as you make more words. Make longer words so the letters fall slower. Players aim to earn Sheriffs badges to guess a letter from the hangman word. Additional power pieces include Free Guess Keys and First Aid blocks, which give you back a body piece if you’ve made a wrong guess.

Media reactions to Super Wild Wild Words have already been very positive:

Super Wild Wild Words is suitable for handhelds running Palm OS® or Windows Mobile™ for Pocket PC. The Windows Mobile™ version includes QVGA or full VGA graphics, dependent on device. The game is available now from the Astraware website, priced $19.95.
